The gear motor terminals include coaxial helical gear reduction motor, parallel shaft helical gear reduction motor, bevel gear helical gear reduction motor, bevel worm gear reduction motor and worm gear reduction motor

To determine the model of the gear reduction motor terminal, the following parameters need to be determined:

1.  Determine the mechanical operation speed and calculate the deceleration ratio of the gear reduction motor terminal (reduction ratio = input shaft speed / output shaft speed = motor speed / mechanical required speed);
   
   

2. Calculate the load torque, select the output of the gear reduction motor according to the torque (refer to the output torque table provided by the gear reduction motor manufacturer), and determine the model type of the gear reduction motor;
   

   
   

3. Determine the additional functions of gear reduction motor terminal such as power-off braking, power on braking, frequency conversion, frame shrinkage, shell materials, etc. Only specific factories can provide some additional functions, such as G-Series gear reduction motors, which provide all additional functions, so it can be negotiated with the supplier during selection.
